Customers and anyone with questions can directly reach a Lumetrics’ engineer from 9am – 5pm (EST, Monday - Friday) through the support hotline. The hotline can be reached by dialing 585-214-2455 ext. 123. Customers can also ask questions online using our new web based support page.
