Multi-Probe Fixed Mounting

Lumetrics recently completed a customized measurement solution for a client who had a need for a multi-probe fixed mounting system to be used for silicon packaging film measurement as well as a customized user interface. More specifically, this customer had a need for Lumetrics' to design three custom measurement fixtures that would be placed in different parts of the production process- the wet stage of silicon packaging film production, the dry stage, and the final stage of the assembly process.
